As a certified personal trainer and fitness nutritionist, my passion is to guide our clients towards a healthier lifestyle. You are unique, with your own strengths and limitations. That's why I created the Miss Fit Program to be a 1:1 custom transformation plan that is based on your health, schedule and fitness goals.


As someone who has experience getting a stage ready body at the highest level, and maintaining a fit body, I have personally hand picked the best coaches and team who will help you through your own journey so you can see results and have lasting change.

With a BS from Cal Poly-SLO & Masters in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College, I am a Certified Nutritionist & Wellness Coach, and specializes in sports nutrition, holistic health, & women’s health. With experience working with youth and Division I student-athletes, I know what it takes to successfully work with clients on a wide spectrum.


My passion is guiding my clients to optimize well being and improve performance through nutrition. I love working with women in particular to create sustainable eating habits that translate into a lifestyle, allowing them to achieve their goals while improving their body image and relationship with food. I believe improving our lives through nutrition so we can feel our best from the inside out.

As a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified yoga teacher it is my passion to support and inspire clients as they embark on their own path to wellness. We will approach health and wellness through movement, healthy eating and mindfulness techniques to combat the daily struggles of time management, stress, anxiety and emotional behavior around food.
